Too Busy to Blog

Dear Blog,

I'm soooo sorry.  This Spring has been crazy busy, and you've paid the price.  Good homes in popular neighborhoods are being snapped up like it's 1999.  But really Blog, it's not my fault.  If more people with good starter homes would put their homes on the market at appropriate prices, then I could get my buyers into those homes and have more free time to spend with you.  We could blog about which businesses haves closed (Firefly, Isabel's, Re Gifts) and which have opened (Nokomis Yoga, Nokomis Pet Clinic, Pizza Joe's).  We could post pictures of the first blossoms of Spring.  But alas, more of my Nokomis and Longfellow neighbors will need to take advantage of this market first.

We're continuing to make additions to our little blog to make it a better resource for Nokomis and Longfellow real estate. We've added a local business directory that will include local churches, schools, restaurants and other local businesses. We know all the time spent on this blog won't make us famous, we'll settle for this:

First post of the Longfellow-Nokomis Real Estate Blog

It seems the first post of this blog should be about why we want to start a blog on the Nokomis-Longfellow Real Estate Market. It's simple really. We know that when the media starts spewing "the sky is falling" information about the real estate market across the country, it simply cannot be attributed to the Nokomis-Longfellow neighborhood, Minneapolis, or even to Minnesota. We hope this will be a resource for our neighbors to get the most up to date infomation about the local real estate market, information about events in the Nokomis-Longfellow neighborhood, and of course, a tribute to the many amenities that make it such a great place to live.
